In my current role, I manage a portfolio of International Key Accounts while also supporting the sales management team through various analyses and reports. In addition, I work closely with the sales team, providing analytical support and insights that help drive informed decisions.
This combination allows me to gain a strong understanding of both the strategic perspective and on‑the‑ground realities, strengthening collaboration between teams.
Overall, this role represents an important step in my professional development, giving me increased responsibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s objectives.

In my role as a Trade Marketing Representative, I contribute to marketdevelopment by identifying growth opportunities, strengthening commercial relationships and supporting sustainable business performance.
My work focuses on proactive market engagement, leading commercial negotiations and successfully closing contracts, while ensuring strong alignment between consumer expectations and retailer requirements.
Through a market-oriented mindset and adaptability to evolving demands, I aim to create long-term value and deliver results that support broader organisational objectives.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
What I value most in my work is the interaction with consumers and retailers, as I strongly believe that our behaviors, decisions, and strategies must always start with the consumer.
By understanding consumer needs and translating them into solutions for our retail partners, we create the foundation of trust in our relationship.
This consumer first approach which enables effective collaboration, alignment across stakeholders and the growth of long-term partnerships between us and our partners.
