Together with my team, I am responsible for providing accurate and unbiased sales forecasts, which are essential for operations and material planning. Additionally, I oversee the Sales and Operations process, ensuring seamless information flow and effective decision-making within the organisation.

What makes the GSC function in Warsaw unique?

Being in Warsaw means you can be at the same time in Sydney, Dubai, or Hamburg. Every day presents an opportunity to collaborate and learn from people across the globe—you truly feel like the heart of the organisation.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Tell us about your role?

Coordinating cross-border deliveries and transport logistics, EOCs are important cogs in the GSC machine.

We get to cooperate with number of diverse teams across the organisation to make sure all customers’ demands are met and our goods arrive in full and on time.

I’m a Material Planner at Imperial Brands.

My role is all about ensuring availability of materials, foster strong supplier partnerships, and supporting the efficiency of our supply chain.

What do you enjoy about your role?

I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams, gaining diverse perspectives that enhance problem-solving.
The dynamic nature of my work keeps me engaged, motivated, and continuously learning.
