Imperial Brands today announces the formation of a long-term, global partnership with Capgemini, a leading business and technology transformation company.
This partnership will support Imperial’s 2030 strategic ambitions to get even closer to its consumers and customers, and to build more differentiated brands.
It is also aligned with the priorities set out at last year’s capital markets day to become a more agile, data-led and efficient business.
The new collaboration will give Imperial’s people access to Capgemini’s full suite of business and technology services including data-led insights and agentic AI, and support improvements in consumer and sales capabilities.
In the first step towards operationalising the partnership, Imperial has begun consultation on the transfer to Capgemini of teams at its finance and procurement hub in Krakow and global supply chain centre in Warsaw.
Further updates on Imperial’s strategic transformation will be provided at the company’s half year results in May.
