Tell us about your role?

My journey with Imperial Brands began in 2016 as a Sales Representative in Lombardy.

After several years of field experience, in 2022 I proudly took on the responsibility of leading the very team in which I had grown, becoming Area Sales Manager for the city of Milan and its surrounding area — one of the most dynamic and strategic regions in Italy.

Tell us about your role?

In my role as Sales at Imperial Brands, I am primarily responsible for managing and developing relationships with our tobacconist customers.

Whether working remotely or on-site, I support existing clients, provide guidance on our products and promotions, and identify new sales opportunities.

A key part of my role also involves analysing sales data to propose tailored solutions, build customer loyalty, and contribute to achieving our business objectives.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

What I appreciate most about my role at Imperial Brands is the direct contact with customers: it gives me the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with tobacconists, offering them constant support and tailored solutions.

I also enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative environment where I can actively contribute to the company’s business goals. Every day is different and stimulating, and I feel I have a tangible impact on the brand’s success in the region.
