Our Global Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, in the heart of Warsaw is our ultra-modern office and is home to supply chain professionals with a wide range of skillsets, experiences, and backgrounds.

Global IT at Imperial is an exciting place to be, with new strategies and new technologies all supporting Imperial’s collaborative, consumer centric, data driven approach to achieve our business goals.

The level of investment, transformation, modernisation and strategic initiatives are typically unheard of within the sector and there are ambitious plans for a truly global function where data and productivity technologies across our business - such as GE MES ‘lite’ supporting our global supply chain and best in class CRM supporting our SalesForce. Flexible and scalable infrastructure, robust and well supported applications such as C-FIN and S4Hanna are being implemented, at scale, creating a modern ERP landscape and supporting truly diverse global teams and ways of working regardless of location.

Global Business Services

We’ve created a new Global Business Services Centre of Capability, located in the centre of Krakow, Poland. Here, our teams are reimagining our GBS operating model, starting with Finance.

As our business is transforming, we’re working to provide a trusted, truly global and connected service, shaping new ways of working, implementing and aligning new technologies while upskilling capabilities, all driving towards improved data accuracy, service levels and transform efficiencies across the business.

This also gives us the opportunity to develop innovative solutions enabling consistency, efficiency and effectiveness, at scale, creating opportunities within Global Business Services to work, influence and thrive.
