Our core business is built around a tobacco portfolio that offers a comprehensive range of cigarettes, fine cut and smokeless tobaccos, papers and cigars. Through our Imperial Tobacco subsidiaries, our tobacco brands are sold in around 160 markets worldwide. We have a significant presence in the USA through our ITG Brands business.
As millions of smokers around the world continue to choose potentially less harmful Next Generation Products (NGP), we're increasingly focusing our attention on widening the availability of our NGP.
We support smokers to switch to our NGP portfolio, at the heart of which lies our pioneering blu brand. As more and more consumers transition away from combustible tobacco, NGP will become an increasingly material part of our business.
Our operating environment is changing and we are changing too, transforming into a leaner and more agile business.
