Our Graduate programme begins as a local programme, but offers candidates the chance to build their careers internationally.

There are intakes in a number of markets, including Spain, Portugal, UK, and the Netherlands. Candidates need to be eligible to work in a particular market in order to apply for a rotational programme there.

* We welcome graduate candidates with any background although those with business-related qualifications normally find it easier to relate to the selection process content and to find suitable rotations once selected.

It is therefore a flexible path tailor made for each candidate, rather than a pre-established itinerary to fit all.

AFTER THE ROTATIONAL PROGRAMME – WHAT NEXT?

The rotational period will give you the opportunity to build your business acumen and networks. It will also give you visibility and therefore allow us to get to know you better, helping you to land the role that suits you best.
 

JOINING DATE

Successful candidates applying between October 2018 and March 2019 are expected to join the Company in October 2019, although we are able to take a flexible approach and to take into consideration each specific candidate's situation and preferences.
